Every Genesis operation is isolated from every other customer. On-premises deployment is available when your data cannot leave your building. Your servers, your requirements.

TLS in transit. AES-256 at rest. Customer secrets are kept securely in a dedicated, encrypted vault.

Genesis runs on infrastructure designed for production workloads that we operate for you. Customer secrets are encrypted at rest and in transit, and only decrypted inside the execution context that needs them.

How we handle your data
Ephemeral by default
When Genesis processes a document or payload, that data is handled during execution and not persisted by default unless your operation requires it. Long-term storage is under your control.
Limited employee access
Only authorized Agentuity employees have restricted, temporary access for troubleshooting, and that access is audited. Staff do not have standing access to customer secrets or your data.
Single Data Tenancy
Your data is isolated and never shared with other customers and is stored physically in a dedicated single-tenant database and storage systems.
Isolated AI Execution
The AI agents execute in an isolated, sandbox environment with no direct access to your secrets or sensitive credentials and no direct access to other parts of the system.
Genesis Deployments
Genesis can run in a variety of different environments depending on your specific security and compliance requirements. We support a public cloud based managed environment, a managed single-tenant Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) or self-managed VPC / on-premises deployments.
